We loved our old boat and knew it would be a tough act to follow. Our new Cobalt R6 has stepped up to the challenge and has not disappointed in anyway. The quality of the Cobalt is everything I envisioned. The ride and versatility of the boat is amazing.

My A29 is the sixth new Cobalt I have owned. The quality is unsurpassed.

We got the new R6 for the family. We went a bit overboard (pun intended) with the Volvo 430 HP and the top-of-the-line sound system. It paid off! We live in Colorado with a short season. The new engine bought us an extra month on the water. After 22 years of marriage, even the wife thinks I’m sexy again!

When deciding to purchase my new boat I reviewed 3 boats in the 27’ class at the boat show. Regal, Chaparral & Cobalt. The fit-and-finish on this boat (2021 R30) is second to none. Cobalt manufactures and engineers a super robust build that is unmatched in my 20+ years of boating. We are willing to invest a bit more If we are getting a superior product that will withstand the test of time. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely purchase another Cobalt from the same dealer.

This is my 3rd Cobalt and all have been fantastic. But the R6 is by far the best as the electronics are great and the performance surprised me as to how well it responds.

This will be our 4th Cobalt. Once having a Cobalt it’s hard to have any other brand. The quality is superb.

Now that Cobalt has come up with a surfing option, there is no need to own one of those ridiculously heavy and inefficient “wakeboard boats.” We love having the quality and efficiency of a Cobalt AND being able to surf. It feels good to be back in a Cobalt.
